01 — I review your message
Usually within one business day. If I have questions I'll ask them. If it sounds like a potential fit I'll suggest a discovery call.
02 — We have a conversation
A short call — usually 20-30 minutes — to understand your project, your goals, and your timeline. No cost, no obligation. Just a conversation.
03 — I send a proposal
If we're both feeling good about the fit, I'll put together a clear scope and investment outline based on what we discussed. No surprises.
04 — We get to work
Once we've agreed on scope and terms, we begin. Clear communication, defined milestones, and reliable delivery are constants — regardless of project size.
